In the Brooks tradition, grips made from a stack of natural leather washers cut from the same long wearing leather use for their saddle tops. Each grip can be shortened to the desired length independently.

How you ask? The standard length of each grip is 130mm, but the washers are held together by 3 spokes, enabling the length to be shortened by cutting the spokes. You can even make one grip shorter than the other to accommodate grip mounted shifters. Shorter 80 mm spokes are also included in the box for convenience.
