Warranty

Adeline Adeline provides warranty coverage of generally one year from the date of purchase on all of the products offered unless otherwise specified in a product specific warranty statement. Our warranty excludes:

damage caused by excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse; and,
damage resulting from wear under conditions exceeding the manufacturer's intended use of the product.

All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is valid only at Adeline Adeline. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Adeline Adelinewill void this warranty.

Adeline Adeline DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM LOCATION TO LOCATION. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Return Policy 

We accept returns on any unused merchandise in original packaging within 20 days of purchase. You must contact us immediately at service@adelineadeline.com if you should need to exchange or return your order. Please include the original receipt which will have your name and address printed on it. You can send packages via the shipping or courier service of your choice. We do not cover the cost of return shipments.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. You will be notified by email when the transaction is completed.

In the event of an exchange, you are responsible for all shipping costs when returning the item, but no additional shipping fees will be incurred to you when we send the replacement item.

We have the right to refuse any returned items that do not comply with the guidelines above. Any merchandise received in worn condition or without original packaging will be returned at the customer's expense.

All sale merchandise is final sale.
