A Dutch-style frame expanded in the middle with a beautiful wooden box (seat included) between the driver and the front wheel. The only thing more fun than staring in amazement as one rides by is actually riding one yourself.
The Bakfiets holds 1 rider + 2 passengers and lots of cargo or even 4 passengers with the addition of an extra bench. Fully equipped with the special cargo bike version of Shimano's 8 speed Nexus internal hub, roller brakes, and generator powered front and rear lights.
Available in a Glossy Black frame with a honey colored wooden box/bench.
Wheel Lock
This lock allows you to lock your back wheel. This cool gizmo is seen all over Europe, but hasn't made it here often. Strange because it's so useful!

This ergonomic twist shifter makes changing gears a no-brainer.
Kick Stand
The Bakfiets comes with a very strong kickstand making it super stable when parked. It disengages easily and is held by a strong magnet.
